I love stews, one-pot meals and generally heavier dishes, so I find it difficult to come up with summer meals. However, I had the idea of making a quiche for my husband and I. In the past I’ve served with pea shoots, rocket, coleslaw or green beans. We accompanied with a glass or two of Trebbiano D’Abruzzo but here are some more ideas for what to drink with it: 3 Wines to Pair with quiche. The girls accompanied theirs with squash.

Check out my family meal inspiration post for more recipes as well as bake alongs on zoom

Salmon and Gruyere quiche recipe
